Caux
The cottage La Salsepareille is located in the village of Caux. We are just north of Pézenas (6km) between Beziers and Clermont l’Hérault, near Montpellier.
Caux is easily recognizable: it is on a hill surmounted by its astonishing bell tower owned by The Church of Saint-Gervais-St.-Protais and surrounded by vineyards. This is a wine grower small town of 2600 inhabitants whose origins date back to prehistory. One of the many monuments of the village is also the menhir Peyreficade.
